1) Download & Install
- Download the Linux installer (e.g.
OAE-Linux-x86_64-release-<version>.run). - Run
sudo ./OAE-Linux-x86_64-release-<version>.run. Dependencies (incl. Nmap) are handled. - Open the Open‑AudIT web UI on the server and sign in.

2) Add Your Licence Key
In Open‑AudIT, go to Licenses → Manage Licenses and paste your key.
3) Verify Activation
- Open Settings → About and confirm the licence shows As per order devices.
- Open Dashboards → Security to ensure premium widgets load without trial watermarks.
4) Run Your First Discovery

The key doesn’t work or shows invalid
- Ensure you pasted the full key (no leading/trailing spaces).
- Confirm the server time is correct and you’re online for initial validation.

I can’t see premium dashboards after adding the key
- Refresh the browser and sign in again.
- Check Settings → About shows the correct device count.
- If you upgraded from Free, restart services (Apache/HTTPD) on the server.
